Islamic Tunic Tops, Shirts and Tunics

Colorful, Edgy Yet Modern Tunic Tops and Other Affordable Fashions Fused With An Eclectic “World Style” Look. Versatile Tunic Tops Can Be Dressed Up Or Down And Are Ideal For Layering This Fall

Artizara’s modest tunic tops offers a nod to tradition fused with an eclectic “world style” look. The versatile tunic top can be dressed up or down and is ideal for layering during cooler temperatures.

Artizara’s tunic line includes a hoodie that is the perfect example of our fashion forward spin on traditional wear. The rustic paisley embroidered linen has a kangaroo pocket with soft stitching. Modest embroidery surrounds a deep V-neck design that allows layering with tanks, T-shirts or scarves. Stitching surrounds the base of the long sleeves. Our tunics are also available in ¾ sleeves with ruching and elastic banding. These tops provide a slimming silhouette with its smocked detail in both the front and back.

For a more formal look, our embroidered satin tunic features florets, seed beads and diamantes all along the neckline. These are crafted from Dupioni silk that gives it a rich, shimmery appeal at an affordable price. The silk tunic top also has side vents for comfortable movement.

Other silk tunics available are ornately adorned with silver seed beads, faceted jewels and faux rubies, pearls, sequins and tiny mirrors. The tops are a blend of cotton and silk fabric that give it a subtle sheen. Coordinating hijabs and scarves are also available.

Our Heba hand-spun cotton top is a versatile alternative. The tops feature colorful denim blue, mauve and chocolate stripes -- cut on the bais not only offers a casual, slimming look. This top also features a banded collar and cuffed sleeves.

Every wardrobe needs a basic white shirt. Our cotton pleated front tunic top stands out among other similar styles. Delicate, horizontal pleats ornate the bib front. It’s the perfect match with jeans or dress it up with slacks.

Inspired By Our Heritage

Our founder, Sarah Ansari, has been sewing clothes since she was young. Her mom taught her to make clothes piece by piece, and to have pride in her own skin.

Deeply inspired by the rich artistry of cultures influenced by Islam, Sarah recalls looking up at the ceiling in an ancient mosque, enthralled by the interlocking patterns that go on forever. "It's a metaphor for the universe, how we’re all inter-connected. Life is complex, it’s beautiful, and we’re all in this together.”

This is at the heart of why she started Artizara: to share a story of human connection through witnessing beauty.
